GENERAL CONDITIONS
Our general conditions are applicable to contracts relating to all travel related arrangements and organisation activities, and those of travel industry endorsed intermediaries such as defined by the law dated February the 16th, 1994 regulating the Organisation and Travel Intermediary Contracts.
  We are insured against financial insolvency.
 
 
PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
Low-cost fares for flight tickets
their reservation and their issuance time limit are not variable
the date, itinerary and airline are not modifiable
their validity is limited
they are non transferable and non refundable
the issuance of a duplicate, in case of loss or theft, is not part of our contract
schedule or itinerary changes, stopovers, delays, missed connections, flight cancellations, weather changes, air surcharges, riots, wars, force majeure, technical incidents, act of a third party, so as all their consequences cannot involve our responsibility
flight reconfirmation is mandatory, and must be done at least 72 hours in advance of the return journey
 
WE RECOMMEND YOU SUBSCRIBE TO TRAVEL INSURANCE
(Européenne, Elvia, Europe Assistance, etc...) at the time of reservation.
 
 
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
By purchasing our travel services, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of these general conditions
We can make temporary flight reservations (unless otherwise informed) and would ask you to reconfirm your agreement concerning our proposal within the time advised. If unable to do so, we reserve the right to cancel such reservations.
Fares can only be guaranteed following reception of your payment.
 
 
DEPOIST/BALANCE
A deposit is required and its payment is dependent on the time of reservation:
 
more than one month before departure: 30% of the total amount.
less than one month before departure: 100% of the total amount.
any outstanding balance must be paid 30 days before departure.
 
Flight tickets can be paid for in full on collection at the agency, unless otherwise specify.
 
Credit cards payments (VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD, DINNERS...) are generally accepted by the airlines, but restrictions may apply for some low cost tickets and Tour operators packages.
 
ANNULATION
We would ask that you contact us as soon as possible should you need to cancel your travel arrangements and also to confirm your decision in writing. In such an eventuality, please return your flight tickets so that we may apply for any applicable refund.

Refunds are made following receipt of reimbursement by the airline within timescales advised.
 
 
FORMALITIES

We are at your disposal for any help concerning travel formalities (PASSPORT, VISA, HEALTH.)

PASSPORTS are issued at the city of your official residence.

Travel VISAS can be requested through our agency and/or direct to the embassy/consulate of the relevant country.
